Jam "Cider of Asturias"
Ingredients:
1 bottle of cider "Asturiana"
2 small apples (Asturias)
600 gr. sugar.
1 lemon peeled and seeded (or juice)
2 tbsp (tablespoons) of Agar-Agar.

Place in the glass of cider Thermomix, 5 minutes varoma programmed speed 1. Traditional :
