white wine ½ cup water ½
200g of ham (small tacos)
300gr of pasta.
white pepper, oregano and basil.
boffard Cheese (amount to taste) Preparation
:
First, boil the pasta with salted water (the time indicated by the manufacturer) and let cool. We
compote with apples (peeled and cored) put them to cook with ½ cup of water and white wine until we see that is a cream. In a skillet saute the ham with little oil. Make a mixture of ham and apple. With a pastry bag (or spoon) fill the shells. Sprinkle with a little pepper and basil, grated cheese (the more cheese the better) and add a little oregano we put a few seconds to grill (or microwave) and ready!
