Ingredients for 4 people
Afuega'l Pitu cheese 250g 250g

liqueur 1 cup cider (or liqueur to taste) 6 eggs + 2

Preparation:
Beat eggs and sugar until laundered. Go 4) add the egg whites until stiff and slowly stir with a spatula so it does not go down.

It checks for doneness with a needle or toothpick. When it comes out clean it is cooked. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before removing from pan.
